Jason leads the day to day work at EXP Plumbing & Gasfitting, keeping jobs organised and making sure each customer’s situation is understood before work gets underway. He stays involved in the details, helping the team focus on what matters most and keeping the work centred on the customer’s needs.
He guides the team to look beyond the immediate symptom, work out what is causing the issue and choose a practical way forward. Jason keeps communication straightforward, explains the next steps and pricing clearly, and checks that everyone understands what the job involves before the work continues.
Customers deal with a team led by Jason, who keeps them informed as the job progresses and pays close attention to the details that affect the finished result. He makes space for questions, listens to concerns and helps customers feel clear about what is happening, from the first conversation through to completion.
